It's so confusing.

Out of one side of their faces, they brag about Hawaii's low gun crime rate due to our strict gun laws.

Then out of the other side, they report a rise in violent crime in the state while decrying the efforts to stop Hawaii's new agenda to further restrict lawful ownership and carrying of firearms.

Does somebody have to explain to them that the rise in violence existed long before any of the pro-2A legal actions began?  The increase in violence began under the wonderful gun control paradise they are so proud of.  Obviously, guns are not the problem -- violence is.
