Per Judge: Sexual Abuse or Rape?
« on: August 07, 2023, 12:03:37 PM »
Per judge Jury found Trump penetrated her vagina with his hands. If you think that is okay and would rather call it sexual abuse rather than rape. Fine.

Question is .. do you want someone like that to represent our county and be recognized as your leader? That is the question you need to ask yourself.  Does this make you uncomfortable?

Yep.

No matter how the judge wants to spin the verdict and redefine common English vocabulary words, he doesn't get to change the facts nor the law.

Stormy got paid, then met sleaze lawyer Michael Avenatti who tried to squeeze Trump for much more.  Michael Avenatti screwed her over and over.  I'm not saying they had sex, though.

Too bad that NDA wasn't as much a shield as Trump thought it would be,

Cop:  You were speeding.

Me:  The speed limit is 55.  I was doing 50.

Cop:  Well, technically you are right.  But I was doing 45, and you passed me.  Modern definition of speeding is "faster than law enforcement thinks you should be going."

Me:  You voted for Biden, didn't you?

Title misleading. . . bordering on click bait.  OP reading what they want to read, and making their own conclusions.  Was Trump convicted of rape?  If no, the doesn't really matter what opinions the judge has.  That said, reading the article, I am betting there were aspects that were twisted by the author. . . but eh, no media bias. . . ::)

These are the kind of people who are running the railroad campaign against Trump. Way too many criminals working in law enforcement at the moment.

"An ex-FBI agent who led the agency's New York counterintelligence division and played a key role in the Trump-Russia collusion probe - will plead guilty to charges of colluding with Russia himself, a federal judge suggested in a Monday order reported by the Washington Times."

So you think it is okay today to force your hands in a woman's vagina against her will? How would you feel if that happened to someone you care about? You want to keep making excuses? You want to keep calling it something it is not to ease your mind?
....
Consensual ...with all my past girlfriends. How dare you project your prejudices on other people. Not everybody thinks like you. Accept that fact.

So you think it is okay to mess with your firearms while during a ceasefire and people downrange?

He who is without sin, cast the first stone.  This is directed at you, republican hater.

Nobody is perfect.

There were past presidents that did shameful things.  Some of them while in office.  One democrat president stuck his dick in an intern's mouth.  Another democrat president fucked around with women while leading the nation.

Thing is, their performance in leading the nation is of utmost importance.  And while their character is despicable, their performance as POTUS paints a different picture.

So yeah, I'll answer your question.  Would I be ok having a person like that leading our country?  Yes.

Do I feel uncomfortable about it?  No.

If you think you will find a knight in shining armor to lead our country you are living in a fairy tale world.

You;re forgetting that most politicians are groomed to be in office. So their tracks are covered very well. I mean the 16 women accusing Clinton of sex assault are still trying to get justice. 1 even reported it to her mom within a day and her mom called Larry King Live to talk about it.  This clip is on Youtube. So it's not like she kept silent for 20 years and only now is mentioning it.  She also reported it to the "HR" department and to others within days. Compared to Kavanough's accuser who didn't tell anyone it was him, can't remember when, can't remember where, kept silent for 20+ years and only now brings it up.

Also compare this to someone who's accusing Trump and only making a big fuss now, but was silent to the media for decades.

Too bad people cannot see thru the BS. Guess they've been conditioned to not ask questions.

Chronologically speaking, the first question would be whether one thinks the judge made the correct finding. If there is reason to believe the judge was faulty in their decision then your question doesn't need to be asked.
However if you believe the judge's decision correct then your question would come into play.

As for me I know nothing about the details of the case so I can offer no opinion on the first question therefore don't have an answer on the second. I do think Trump shouldn't be our leader but for other reasons.
