They used the same quote.  “Recommend” and “require” are very different words.  Any link to any quote where he actually said “require” or “mandate” or “mandatory” or anything remotely like it?

I am neither of the 3, so i am going by what ive seen online and via media.


Then add in coercine by the state and city. Vaxx or no gym for u, vaxx or no dining in restaurants, etc...

Military no longer requires that particular vaccination, directed by Congress to rescind the mandate.

Don’t know about city and county.

We were talking about President Biden, and whether he said he would “require” or “mandate” the next shot.  Still looking for that quote.
