If you trust your life to the editors at wikipedia that's fine with me. By all means go right ahead.

Please show me where I said, implied or hinted that I take anything posted on Wikipedia as sound medical advice.

So far, you've offered nothing to dispute the claim that "Turbo Cancer" is anything other than a myth.  It's not even a good conspiracy theory, because there is no evidence it even exists.  It would be like saying COVID vaccinations are responsible for a sharp decline in the population of blue-eyed people when there's been no data to suggest such a decline exists.

Turbo cancer is just a term that's been traced back to at least fall 2020, where someone posted in the comments of a post about the impending EUA for the Pfizer vaccine, after which a commenter sarcastically wrote on November 30, 2020, “I can’t wait for the turbo cancer”.

Once again, the Wikipedia article has footnotes.  I guess you don't care enough about getting to the truth to bother reading them.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

My thought on this topic is that I worry about tokers driving around all goofy.
There are enough dopey drivers on the road already.

Before I retired, I would drive to work in town.
I like to drive with the window open because I like the breeze.
But almost every day, I smell pot in the wind.
I liken that to driving drunk.

coincidentally, here is a news story that was just published today. LOL

I'm also concerned with the Brave New World aspect of numbing people down to make them more compliant, but if that was the case they would have taken it off schedule 1 a long time ago.
My guess is Big Pharma has been lobbying hard to keep it illegal because so many of their dangerous drug patents are about to be replaced by a cheap flower that you can grow in your back yard.
What if we find out it's effective at treating cancer and they medical industry was poisoning people with expensive chemo just for the money? Execs would be lucky to make it to prison.
If you dissolve your enemies in acid, technically that's turning your problems into a solution.

I also worry about pot heads driving on the road.  The gov't don't give a rat's ass.  Just revenue.  Screw the masses and their safety.

On the highways and byways only you can be assured to committing to safe driving.  There's no way in hell you will know if the driver coming towards you will do the same.

You think the pot head will be held accountable?  Hah, Good Luck to that.

Schedule 1 is laughably absurd. Who profits the most from keeping it off the market?

There is pushback from LEO to the woke AG pothead plan

https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2023/11/23/hawaiis-law-enforcement-community-opposes-attorney-generals-plan-legalize-use-marijuana/

Makes sense.  These are the people that will have to deal with the negative side of legalizing the drug.

We need laws that will make people think of consequences.  Seems like that used to be the norm but nowadays, not so much.

My heart cries for victims of traffic accidents, crimes, and violent assault caused by drunk driving and drug abuse.

Meanwhile, the abusers of drugs and alcohol get their wrists slapped.

Interesting that in the article, Alm mentioned that the AG would work with LE on this proposal.

And she said we did and that the train has left the station ::) ::) ::)

This official of the banana republik of hawaii is trying to pull a fast one.  As they always do.

Most all "drugs" with some exceptions ( eg Meth) should be legal for adults, those 18 or older.
Don't tax drugs so hard it makes a black market possible.
Some people pass laws expecting to change people,  those law makers are fools.
The infamous American prohibition of alcohol
proved that.
People should be free,  but nail them to the wall if they hurt other people.
I'd rather build prisons than have a large police force, that mostly writes civil citations
and is political.
BTW Police are not even in the top ten,  for the most deadly jobs in the USA.
BS on them risking their lives daily for us.

Law enforcement loves prohibition because it’s a master key to violating our 4th amendment rights. Also they make a ton of money from the fed grants and asset forfeiture.

It’s the difference between Andy Griffith and the militarized road pirates of today
