Looks like HPD really needs to re-evaluate their safety protocols and re-train their "finest". ::)

I can just see Logan or a HPD Major or Supervisor saying "We will conduct an internal investigation as to what happened and will take proper actions......." :rofl:

While you're at it talk about the doo doo in the envelopes that were left on the Boss's desk(s).

What are the chances this issue never comes up again.  Ever.  To be swept under the rug along with the sh*t envelopes and the unattended rifle more than 3 months ago (they promised an investigative result within 90 days).

This is a personnel/training/supervisory issue that I'm sure will be handled appropriately in-house.   :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

No need for transparency or public scrutiny.  That's for the corrupt, "something to hide" agencies that need to be held accountable.  Off the top of my head, I can't think of a single time the agencies doing wrong were operating transparently -- otherwise they would not have done it or gotten away for so long.  Only when caught red-handed did the shield of "we're policing ourselves" get lifted.
