Bandmaid / Don't You Tell Me
« on: February 29, 2024, 10:45:56 AM »
This video is from the last concert of their 2023 tenth year anniversary tour.
I like the battle between the lead and bass guitars.
There are now subtitles on this video.

I think women playing bass guitar are the sexiest things on earth.

I also enjoy watching them play drums.

Thanks for sharing the video!

Looks like this song is from the same concert.
I really like the performance of the bass and the backing vocals.
I liked the video and watched it 4x's.
The wife told me: "Don't you get tired of listening to them"?
I told her: Nope, and I don't get tired of listening to you too".

No laugh you guys, but I had a crush on Kathy Valentine.  Check out her bass solo at 2:30 of the video.  Not a killer performance but not bad for someone who was asked to play the bass (not an instrument she is accomplished with) to replace a sick original member and she practiced for 4 days before going live.

She became a permanent band member after that.  Simple stuff but cute.

I always like this one by the Donnas because it's what most girls are actually thinking even though they pretend to be all sweet and innocent

I’m becoming clinically undepressed and thinking about beginning it all.

Thanks for jogging my memory guys. The Donna's and the GoGo's are 2 great girl groups.
I also liked the Bangles. Who can forget their hits like Walk Like an Egyptian?

Mahalo for the video of Fami Eric808.
I found a video of her introduction to the fans of Love Bites.
She is just 19 or 20 years old but she is a solid performer.

Now we need to give the dudes a chance to show their bass skills.
This is a fun video. There are all sorts of great commentary including:
Vlad is really putin it down.
Rocket man is rockin' on the skins.
Of course Trump can shred and he rocks.
Even the late Queen Mother is also represented.

I guess Joe did not pass the audition. He most likely had trouble with
managing the cowbell and trips to the lua.

Band Maid and the Warning met at a music festival and the 2 bands plan on having joint music projects.
This should be interesting.

I hope you guys enjoy the performance of Choke by the Warning as much as I do.

The video quality varies but the song is still a banger.

The crowd loves it when Miku screams.

This is kind of like crowdfunding. Where many people contribute a little bit and it all adds up.
