What is even more annoying is being asked to tell someone what someone else said in a video instead of watching the video themselves.

You could also go to the video on YT, view the transcript, and read the entire thing using the voices in your head.

You could also use the transcript to pluck out the key words of the bill and Google them to see other sources, since I'm certain she found the info elsewhere and was nice enough to share with viewers.

Beats monotonous, dry reporting IMO.

This particular video was not as good as many others she posted.  Seemed like she didn't prepare her adlibs in advance or something.  Not as fluid as she normally speaks.  Lots of pauses and less than piffy commentary.

Still, it's not like she was screaming at the camera like some other YouTubers do all the time.

YouTube also allows you to speed up the video if you drink too much coffee.

There is a setting you can click on in youtube videos to look at the transcript of the video. That way you can read what was said and not have to hear it.
