Burisma Work May Have Led To Unusual Provision
In Hunter Biden Presidential Pardon: Attorney

Quote
On "Forbes Newsroom," white collar criminal defense attorney Julia Jayne
explained why she thinks President Biden included an “unusual” provision
in his son Hunter’s presidential pardon to indemnify the first son for any
crimes committed within the last decade.

“The January 1, 2014, date, I don't believe, is coincidental,” Jayne told Forbes.
“It overlaps with Biden's alleged involvement in Burisma. And so that may be
the reason why he has that time period.”

Imagine if Trump had a son like Hunter and he pardoned him. Tabloids, Netflix special, movies, late night hosts like Jimmy Kimmel would do a 24/7 telethon eclipsing Jerry Lewis....

Hunter is complete garbage of a human being.  His entire life has been nothing but bad decisions, criminal activity, unethical/immoral behavior, and letting his family shield him from the consequences of his failures.

Joe called him "the smartest man I know."  Well, if he's lived the life of a degenerate and never had to pay the price, I guess that might make him smart -- or just lucky enough to have the father he has who's been in high level politics almost as long as Hunter's been alive.

biden is leaving an amazing legacy.  An amazing legacy of corruption, arrogance, and selfishness.

I'm glad he is leaving.  It is leaders like this that makes our country so polarized, hateful, and distrusting of government.

Interesting how the tides and sentiments change.

Was listening to a few reports on the radio this morning on how there's outrage on both sides of the aisle (shocking. . .), but what caught my attention was something about the pardon supposedly covers any Federal offenses that Hunter may have committed over the past decade.  I have no idea of the validity of that claim, but to hear it reported like that on MSM outlets, including traditionally heavily liberal ones was interesting.

I just hope dumbass did something that even daddy can't get him out of.  Where the backlash and collateral damage is wide.  Even better, where his and daddy's arrogance bites them in the ass.  Maybe only happens in the movies, but one can hope. . .

The "may have committed" is why so many pundits are calling it out.  Not since Nixon's pardon by Ford has any president issued such a catch-all pardon -- until Biden's pardon of his son.  Every other pardon lists the crimes, statutes, codes and so on for the specific crimes to be pardoned.  That way, if it's discovered they did something much worse, they can still be prosecuted.  Also, specifying the crimes and sentences provides context as to why the pardon was issued.  in Hunter's case, the rationalization was included but did not limit the pardon to those crimes mentioned: gun and tax charges.

This is the entire pardon statement:
https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2024/12/01/statement-from-president-joe-biden-11/

Here is the "may have committed" section:
Quote
For those offenses against the United States which he has committed
or may have committed or taken part in during the period from
January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024,
including but not limited
to
all offenses charged or prosecuted (including any that have resulted
in convictions) by Special Counsel David C. Weiss in Docket No. 1:23-cr-
00061-MN in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware
and Docket No. 2:23-CR-00599-MCS-1 in the United States District Court
for the Central District of California.

It's a blank check predicated on the 2 cases he's already pleaded guilty to and been found guilty of in court.

The time span 1/1/2014 - 12/1/2024 is one month shy of 11 years, beginning about 3 months before Hunter was officially appointed by Burisma to their board of directors.  It also includes the time he flew to China on AF2 with daddy and came home with a multi-million dollar deal with the Chinese Communist government.

Hunter flew all around the globe with daddy since 2010.  in Germany, Joe gave a speech:
Quote
“My son, who is with me today, a 40-year-old man, will not, when he is my age,
be looking at China as a sworn enemy,” Biden told attendees at the Munich Security
Conference in February 2013 — just four years before Hunter and first brother
James Biden cashed in on the CEFC deal.

Hunter Biden was paid millions by Chinese state-
linked energy firm, Washington Post report finds

Quote
A Washington Post report published Wednesday shed new light on Hunter Biden's
dealings with a Chinese energy firm and confirmed several details found on the
hard drive of a laptop he allegedly abandoned in a Delaware repair shop.

CEFC China Energy, which has close ties to the Chinese Communist Party and
People's Liberation Army, paid entities controlled by the then-cash-strapped
Hunter Biden or his uncle James Biden $4.8 million over the course of 14 months
beginning in 2017, according to The Washington Post.

I guess this was ignored as just more Russian misinformation.

So Trump called for an investigation into the Bidens and Ukraine, but instead he was impeached based on a story someone heard from someone who claims was in the same room about Ukraine.

So why is Brandon pardoning back to 2014?

Trump/the people were right again. His impeachment was a political hit and all those who supported it and voted for it are corrupt.

Apparently one of those pardons/commuted sentence (I’m not sure which one) was for a Chinese nationalist that was caught with a bunch of child porno. Fucken clowns

Biden 8,000 pardons.

The next closest was FDR at 3,000.

Trump 200

Barry 1900

GW 200

Clinton 400

Everyone had 2 terms, besides Trump and Biden.

This excludes the 200K that Carter  pardoned for the Vietnam draft doggers.

Ridiculous.  The animals being spared their jury-imposed sentences are the worst violent criminals one can imagine.  But according to the WH:
Quote
President Biden has dedicated his career to reducing violent crime and
ensuring a fair and effective justice system. He believes that America
must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level, except in cases
of terrorism and hate-motivated mass murder – which is why today’s
actions apply to all but those cases.

Watch the video below for a couple of examples that Biden thinks don't deserve to forfeit their lives.

This is the kind of "justice" that makes people want to arm themselves so anyone looking to turn them into victims have little chance of surviving the encounter.  When itt appears dispensing an appropriate punishment is something the government is unwilling and/or incapable of doing, people will start to become judge, jury and executioner.

Laws are passed by we, the people via our elected representatives.  Biden is supposed to execute existing laws, not substitute his own sense of fairness.

I wonder how many of the victims family/friends were happy that it was a death sentence, only to be pardoned by Brandon.
