It’s not the stuff I heard about that keeps me up at night

It’s the stuff that I haven’t heard about yet that’s far worse than anything I could imagine.

It’s not just one person making the accusations.

The complaint Oct 15 and amended complaint March 7th.  It is detailed and far reaching.  Perhaps there is something to it.

The details of the story sound pretty wild, but given the fact that we still don't have an Epstein list yet I'm more inclined than ever to believe scandalous accusations involving elitist rape cults.

https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2025/03/13/bank-records-indicate-maui-police-chief-was-hundreds-miles-alleged-sean-diddy-combs-rape/

Maui Police Chief John Pelletier said he can prove the explosive allegations in a civil lawsuit tying him to disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs are false.

HNN Investigates obtained bank statements and receipts after a records request to the Maui Police Department.

The statements showed Pelletier’s credit card was used multiple times in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 23, 2018.

The complaint filed by Ashley Parham, John Doe and Jane Doe said there was a gang rape on that day in Orinda, California.

Orinda is about 560 miles away from Las Vegas, about an eight-hour drive.

“I have never visited the city of Orinda,” said Pelletier in a statement.

He also said he never visited Contra Costa County, where the lawsuit said he impersonated a sheriff’s deputy to cover up for the alleged sex assault.

Pelletier said, “I can unequivocally account for my whereabouts on that date, with documented proof confirming I was in Las Vegas.”

The bank statements showed transactions at a Las Vegas Starbucks, an ATM, and Jamba Juice.

There is also a receipt from 24 Hour Fitness included in the records request that said Pelletier’s credit card was used at the gym’s sales desk at 10:18 a.m.

His signature or initials are also on the document.

According to the civil lawsuit filed by Ashley Parham, and Jane and John Doe, Pelletier is one of 10 defendants and the lawsuit said he was part of Combs’ security team.

The filing included a picture of a man standing behind Combs on the field at the Super Bowl in Minnesota on Feb. 4, 2018.

“I have never been to Minnesota nor attended a Super Bowl. At that time, I was also in Las Vegas, as verified by documented evidence,” Pelletier said in the statement, which included another bank statement from that date too.

The transactions in Las Vegas were at a gas station, convenience store, and pizza place.

John McCarthy, a retired deputy chief for the Honolulu Police Department, said bank statements or receipts are strong evidence in a case and are “pretty damning to the allegations.”

Chief is safe

https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2025/03/18/maui-police-chief-fires-back-against-false-baseless-allegations-sean-diddy-combs-lawsuit/

The civil lawsuit included an attachment, a picture that showed a bald man standing near Combs at the 2018 Super Bowl and identified that man as Pelletier.

The packet provided to Maui police commissioners ahead of Wednesday’s meeting included pictures of Pelletier from 2018, which show him with hair.

Videos HNN obtained from a Las Vegas news station also show him with a crew cut in interviews that year.

I'm more concerned he was chief during the vegas shooting and the truth wasn't told to the public.

He may have evidence to support his claim of innocence at that particular time frame.
IMHO this man is a Jonah, a trouble magnet. Did he ever do ANY work at ANY time for the Diddler?
The highly questionable manner in which he was hired by the Maui police commission indicates that
he was a willing participant to the fraud.

Maybe he can answer to this current civil case against him.  That doesn't put him in the clear.

The initial story seemed far fetched with all the people involved and different places.  It was even odder that Peltier was identified in the update.  If the person knew who he was, he should've been identified in the original filing.

People are bashing his receipt signatures not matching his official document signature.  I don't sign my receipts the same I sign important stuff.

In my law class, we were told that your signature could be anything. Even shapes.  Then when I worked for the bank, they confirmed this when people were signing checks.

Pelletier is the most pro 2a Chief and he never supported a gun control bill here.  He supports CCW and was going to issue licenses when we were may issue before Bruen.  Maui also has the most friendly permitting and registration process.
