Chuck E. Cheese closes its doors in Pearl City in August

PEARL CITY, Hawaii (Island News) -- The Chuck E. Cheese location in Pearl City
is closing later this summer after bringing keiki joy for over 30 years.

The kid-friendly restaurant chain will be open in the Pearl City Shopping Center
until Aug. 10, 2025. This Chuck E. Cheese location first opened in Dec. 1994 and
it is currently located between Daiso and Dave’s Ice Cream.

This leaves two remaining locations on Oahu in Kalihi and Kapolei. The 24
employees at the Pearl City location will be offered positions at the Kapolei
Chuck E. Cheese.

Entertainment America, Inc., the parent company of Chuck E. Cheese, did not
report the reason behind the Pearl City closure.

No laugh but I think their pepperoni pizza is pretty good.

Long, long ago (late 1980's) when my two girls were just kids my wife and I would travel aalllll the wayyyyy from Wahiawa to Aina Haina for the Chucky Cheese there.
