I've done a 180 on this issue. 

if someone is stupid enough to turn in a firearm worth upwards of $500-$2000 for a $100 Safeway card, I have to believe those people are too stupid to be trusted with firearms.  I liken it to illegal aliens self-deporting, but in this case low-IQ-citizens self-disarming.

Maybe the police really are keeping guns out of the wrong hands?   :geekdanc: :shaka:
