Those of you who have a CDL, know how valuable it is. Its no cake walk to get this license.
It looks like CA has some splaining to do.

No one will serve any jail time or fines.  At most, someone gets fired.

5 people recently died from heavy truck/auto collisions. Who knows how many more have died or will
die under similar circumstances. We can expect multiple law suits from these incidents. I hope they
sue the living day lights out of the john does involved in this.

When I got my CDL license, it was a huge load off my mind. The exam official called me out by my name
and said that I had aced it. I then witnessed the same official call out several men who did not pass the exam.
The heartless state official pulled no punches in calling them out for not passing the exam. I stood next
to a large burly man with tears in his eyes. The man's livelihood is about to be lost. I cannot imagine the
greif he must have felt. I have never forgotten this event.

To learn that illegal immigrants got a fast/easy track to a CDL makes my blood boil.
We can thank BHO, Joe Biden, and Gavin Newsom for making our lives more dangerous and expensive.

Obviously, Hawaii needs more equity in issuing CDLs. Those who passed with 100% need to give up that 30% (assuming 70% is a passing score) to those that needed it to pass...i.e. a person who failed at 50% could really use that 30%....Are our legislators listening? Pass a law that makes it OK to give a portion of your grades to those less fortunate or those who didn't study...

It's way too late to make that happen. Besides that there are not enough boxes of manapua involved
to make it worth the politicians time or effort.

After the Feds raided the homes of those connected to the failed CA high speed rail project,
now Newsom and CA want to comply. Maybe the feds should look into the Honolulu rail project.
