I see large commercial dump trucks almost every other day in the HOV lane.

I've noticed very few police on the road lately. Probably due to the shortage of officers. I also notice more crazy speeding impatient drivers too. That's probably why the traffic fatalities are more than doubled this year.

The Middle St. Interchange of the H-1 is nuts.  High anxiety in that area.  The only time it is safe is when there is bumper to bumper traffic during morning and afternoon commute times.

Otherwise that place is crazy.

They match the speed of existing traffic
They are overtaking and passing

In other words, in any normal driving circumstance.
