The problem with silver...
« on: January 04, 2026, 09:59:42 AM »
Just poping m head in. I have been following the movements of silver over the last week more like last few days. I have come to my own conclusions on what is going on. Actually I was questioning grok a few weeks ago on trends and they were along similar lines.
Doobtoob is abuzz with tumors and experts flinging their opinions everywhere and tbh I am sure parts of.the truth are splattered all over them.
Was just kind of curious if anyone else here has been following.  Opinions?

My friend moved and took his silver with him on southwest as they had no carry on weight limit. 90lb suitcase.

He put it in the overhead and when the stewardest came to close it, she had trouble. She then looked at the hinge thinking it was broken.

Now that our nation has given up all pretense of law and order and openly embraced international piracy it's probably time to consider moving some assets offshore.

It's only a matter of time until capital controls are introduced.

I’m becoming clinically undepressed and thinking about beginning it all.

There’s another word for that…

I know you want me to say booty but I'm thinking that first mate is the better punchline.

You are right about BS being thrown about on the web in regards to silver/metals market.
Unfortunately there is also a lot of fake silver/gold being sold. Some of the counterfeits are quite good.
Always buy from a trusted source.
Check out the thread: Silver price expected to rise, if you have not done so.
If I had to start it all over, I would build up my stack of physical silver before investing in the
paper market. Good luck on your choice of method to preserve your wealth.

If you feel like you missed the boat don't worry.

It will be all commodities soon.

Well I will be going on a cruise tomorrow with all my metals... gold silver lead brass etc.  Should be a good time out on the water.

I'll let you all know how it goes.

You are not going to believe it. There was a tragic boat wreck. About 8 miles out in international waters. Now my insurance says they are not going to cover my losses.

Oh yeah I heard the spot crashed too.

Fake silver and gold sellers are NOT limited to China.
