Here in Mililani Mauka we didn't have to dodge anything.  The bullet was so far off we didn't even know we were targeted. :rofl:

By the way, if the governor was planning on getting Federal money from his early emergency proclamation, good luck.

The Feds might investigate him for somali-like fraud instead.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.
