ZEP spray bottles are the best and used by professional cleaners.  Easier to spray, no sore hands, and they don't break compared to the cheapo or reused ones.

Back in the late 70's my night job was a band roadie and on my 21st birthday, we were playing at Great Lakes Navel Base just outside of Chi-town.
Other than the stack of 3/2 beers, the boys gave me a tip.
End of the night they saw me rolling up hundreds of yards of speaker, lighting and audio cords to be stuffed in a rolling case the size of 2 caskets.
They showed me how to wrap all lengths in a Daisy Chain (half hitches).
All my electrical cords and ropes, some exceeding 100ft are wrapped like this.
Can just throw them in a bucket , box trunk, back of truck and they never tangle. Plus you can just easily unravel any amount you need and begin wrapping where yo left off when done.
For longer cords, double or quadruple the line before starting.

Your car tires inflate 5 psi  over the recommend psi and change oil at recommended intervals and check monthly if you need to add oil

Keep your car paint with a good coat of wax. Paint will last longer
My paint is 19 years old. Still looks like new
No special ceramic coating, just your regular wax that I do frequently. Don't need that expensive stuff, just make sure it still beads the water good

These are great for kitchens, bedrooms, and any other room where furniture or countertop appliances are situated in front of the outlet.

I have both right- and left-hand-pivot cords.  If the electric item is to the right of the outlet the plug needs to have the cord to the right of the outlet.  Otherwise, the cord would have to do a reverse bend and be less aesthetic.

In addition, I also bought some very short cords with regular plugs.  I use these on my UPS (Battery backup) for my electronics.  Many devices use power brick adapters or larger-than-normal plugs which can block one or more outlets on the UPS.  The extensions create a uniform set of plugs for the UPS outlets ensuring all outlets accessible.

Re: gas powered yard stuff, I put fuel line shutoffs on all equipment (generator, hedge trimmer, weed whacker, lawnmowers, genny) if possible and when done using, shut off fuel and run till engine dies, then try to start again to burn all fuel out of lines/bowl.
If no shut off valve, I empty tank , prime to clear lines, drain again and attempt to start several times to clear carb.
This prevents fuel foul buildup  in bowl, lines and or carb. Because I stop the "varnish", most equipment starts quickly next time after turning on fuel lines.
