WTF.  Maybe we should take matters into our own hands.  Just a thought.  I mean, if you want something to be done about matters like this.

Evidently the hawaii justice system doesn't give a shit.  Maybe they feel this man is too violent to be put in prison.  Hawaii needs to protect the prison population you know.  They cannot have someone like this wandering the halls of prison.
