I've always found it interesting that "we" have "assault weapons" but the police have "patrol" rifles....more of the same smoke and mirrors from those that want their guns, and yours.

This.  I literally laughed out loud when the idiots in New York realized that they hadn't carved out an exemption for police.  They had some chief of police on record saying, "You can't have a situation where the criminals have more ammo than the police!"
