Nothing special here except that this is my first plastic gun and first handgun purchase in 22 years.

A little Tacti-Cool AK accessory, but at least an issued one 

Quad-rail & VFG by Fabrika Broni, issued to Polish troops for their Wz.96C Beryl rifles.   Pretty nice kit, super solid mounting, quite light as well.   Not sure if it'll fit other AK's (I haven't tried anyway, and only regarding the lower piece) but will work with Tantal and of course Archer rifles.   Standard 1913 picatinny so most accessories should be good to go

not sure probably resin over pearl dust - thinlam?  abalam?  some synthetic material.  it could be paua shell.  ad just stated imitation.

My Great Grandmother's house has been turned into a dang resort rental but carries her name.  I guess I'm just glad it's still around at all, let alone she is remembered.  The settlement itself is where the Monterey Bay Aquarium currently sits.
