That's a Bill Davies 64-3 Windmaster
Aristocrat rib and sights, adjustable front and rear sights
The double action pull  is nearly as light as a standard S&W single action pull.
Lightest double action I have ever experienced.
 throwing 148 gr Wadcutters ONLY (literally stamped on side of bbl).
