Let me know how those coated bullets shoot in your rifle. I just started experimenting with coated 9mm bullets and I am having decent results in my semi auto pistols but not in my revolvers. I have great results with coated bullets in 38 SPL and 357 Magnum.

The hundreds of 9mm hi-tek coated bullet loads I made for the Ruger Chassis PCC carbine worked flawlessly.

For at least the last five years, for all my handloads (other than my .45-70 black powder paper patched cartridges for my '74 Sharps) I've been using nothing but hi-tec coated bullets from either Acme or Precision for .45-70 (a CVA Hunter), .45acp, .357mag, .38spl, and 9mm.  No copper wash or leading down the bore.  I will never go back to jkt'd bullets again.

I’m just getting into casting and powder coating my own. So far the casting has gone okay. Still trying to figure out the right temps. The powder coating has gone ok as well. Not perfect but not bad either. I figure there is a learning curve.

I have been using acme bullets almost exclusively. They shoot great in all my guns. I am still trying some DG 9mm coated bullets. Not sure I like their coating. But I want to get my own bullets going so I don’t have to buy any more.

For me, it's just easier to buy hi-tek coated lead.  It's also cheaper in years' short term, but more expensive in decades' long term.  At my age, I no longer think in terms of decades  :D .  This comes from a looooong time, many decades deep caster of both lead alloy.  The only casting I do today is for PPB slicks (528 grains) and muzzy balls from .575 to .610 in diameter.  I like both Acme and Precision hi-teks, but there are others that are just as worthy.

Looks like the lil nub on the bottom resets your trigger without pullin the charging handle.

Simple design, prob just on a hinge. Pretty smart

that's interesting because Bartlein doesn't do "AR10" (Armalite) barrels or variants such as DPMS patterns in house. The barrel extensions are different.
https://bartleinbarrels.com/ar10-and-ar15-barrels/

At this time we are not offering drop in barrels for AR15 and AR10 type guns. Why? AR10’s are the hardest thing to offer for drop in barrels. For one to try and get barrel extensions and bolts even in good times can be problematic at best. Also the barrel extensions and bolts will not interchange from one manufacturer to the next. Regardless of what you might have heard that they will they will not. I tell guys at best you have a 50/50 chance that they will work. The DPMS will not interchange with Armalite etc….same goes for Knights Armament. Knights are completely different not to mention different thread specs. Etc….

They do special orders once in a while its not on their site you must email them direct.

I'm building off an Aero m5e1.  I confirmed with them on my lower and upper usage and they didn't mention any issues.

Got 1/7 twist hope that it doesn't over spin.

https://collectibleammunition.com/product/22-long-rifle-box-match-grade-for-pistol-olin/

got 500 rounds of Olin Corp 22LR match ammo for pistol
got it from WGS for a good price, its probably gone now bc only had a few more boxes when I left
I tried out 50 rounds thru my Mark IV, and had only 1 light strike.  tried it again and didn't fire. probably too old ammo.  some looked like it was real old
good for the price
