No pics, just an Aero Precision M4 lower for an Arizona build.

In and out of the shop in 20 minutes max.  AZ ID, CCW, 4473 and cash and carry.

Suck on that HPD.

RIA 1911 9mm FS w/G10s added ... shoots well ...

First outing, 7yds, single handed, 120gr hi-tec handloads, W231 powder, 20 rounds, it'll get the job at hand done ...

Picked this up last week. Been on my radar for a while. Ruger PCC 9mm
I already had this Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8 LPVO lying around that I was going to use on my 450 Bushmaster but I don't shoot it much so I figure I'll get more use on the PCC.  eventually I want to change to a micro dot or micro prism like the PA MicroPrism with ACSS Gemini reticle calibrated for 9mm
Controls are easily changed from right to left.
I ordered a extended mag release, extended bolt handle, muzzle brake
I installed the Glock mag adapter and switched the bolt handle to the left side. Probably switch it back to the right side when the extended handle comes in. Just feels more natural on right side to me
Trigger not bad. Averages 4lbs 9oz, not too gritty
Will update when the parts come in
Should be a real soft shooter

Just finished another Kibler kit, this time the Woodsrunner in .54 bore.  All done save for rubbing in a beeswax protective finish.  Been raining the last four days, just waiting for some sunshine to take proper daylight images and baptize this little popper under fire.

Dan Wesson PM9 [Point Man 9mm]
awesome 1911!
adjustable rear sight, fiber optic front sight. GI recoil system which I prefer to a full length guide rod so I'm really happy with that. checkering front and back on the grip. slide to frame is super smooth although the tolerances are tight.  super smooth! trigger is 2 lbs 12 oz with short take up and short reset. forged  stainless steel frame and slide. coco bolo wood grips
I'm going to do a comparison between this and my Springfield Loaded/Long Beach operator. but I'm pretty sure this Dan Wesson is way better.
idk what else to say other than this feels like superb quality 1911. I'll update next week when I shoot it   :shaka:

Simply Rugged Holster
CID slide holster with basket weave design and border stamping.  build time was advertised at 6 weeks, but came to me in about 4 weeks. they've always delivered ahead of schedule
this is very comfortable to wear and sits close to the body. it looks great too. retention is great too, perfectly tight fit. I can do cartwheels and it's not moving
I'm always impressed with their work. I highly recommend Simply Rugged Holsters
