Are these sister companies? I've read conflicting reports whether or not they're under the same umbrella.

I just bought a SGL 21-61, and it's marked FIME Group. They're located in Las Vegas like Arsenal and from what I've read, the 922r complaint changes are the exact same thing as Arsenal.

Any AK enthusiasts know what's up with the Izmash factory rifles now being imported by FIME?

From what I have found, they are the same sgl russian rifles. Arsenal Inc., for whatever reason, imports bulgarian rifles. I recently bought a sgl21 that was advertised as an Arsenal rifle but when I recieved it it was stamped FIME. In the box was a Arsenal test target. The official comments I found by Arsenal is that they have worked with FIME but are not affiliated as it is a separate entity. The FIME rifle has the same Izhmash markings and are import and converted in the same manner as the older Arsenals so its pretty much the same rifle. I could be wrong with info above but there was no clear statments about the change and it happend pretty much over night.
