just throw it in a plastic or paper Longs or Walmart bag and be done with it.  why taunt or test the law when you don't need to?

Just so you know, plastic and paper bags aren't gonna cut it:

It's not what one can get away with or not get caught, just like any other law. It's what is required by law that one must abide by. 2aHawaii already answered this question and provided the legal reference, as well as others.
