range day

with firearms under so much scrutiny I thought I would share something that really goes unnoticed.

today a father and son shooting... great bonding moment...

meeting new people at the range
sharing the same passion for the sport...

husband wife and daughter at the range, family outing....

people helping each other for nothing else than to help another person....
whether it's shooting, reloading, zeroing, or sharing stories of being a new shooter or even target stand innovations. No attitude of who owns the best or the biggest, it's all about enjoying the moment of shooting paper or metal....

RO's -  great group of guys!!! Mike and his team are great at the rifle range!!! I say that being one of those who got yelled at a few times... I respect that they keep everyone safe...

through all the madness of the ban, scarcity of guns and ammo there is a ray of light for all those who enjoy shooting as a hobby or sport...

He will talk about how BIG and how BAD he is all day. Even while he is shooting.

I guess thats why he calls himself the KING.....

Kidding aside....

Had my son with me at the range and had a blast. We hoped to sight in three guns but barley got one kinda dilled in. Kind of hard having a ten year old spot for you. With adjustment calls like still to far or you making a triangle. Never the less still a awesome time together. Only been down to the range three times each time we met new and wonderful people. The first day we talked to a guy named Cliff who shared pictures and stories of his African safari.  Today we made small talk with a gentlemen and he gave us wonderful advice on what to do with our brass. He also pointed out a awesome collapsable target frame I'm attempting to copy since we shot ours in half. I must say that after some hesitance I'm glad that I decided to practice my second amendment right and share it with my family. hopefully more people can do so too.
Every ones a good person. You just might be catching them in a bad time of their life.

I like to think I can about handle shooting anything.  My friend had me shoot his 870 w/3" slugs...........extremely unpleasant.  I lasted 3 rounds.

Me my wife and two sons are regulars at the range most times is how we spend a sat or sun shooting the crap outta some steels competing against each other losser cleans guns but we do it as a fmily is the main point I'm trying to make... and also the fact that I never clean the rules are learn to shoot then you no have to clean plus its good safety and knowledge education for them builds character.
