Ok, this group came from a number-smatching Winchester m1917, barrel-stamped April of 1918.  SHooting Greek surplus M2 ball, 100 yards from a bench rest, iron sights.

Look at that 3-shot grouping at 3:00! 

Now the two flyers are bothersome... this is typical of patterns from this rife.  2-3 exactly where they should be, and the others wild.  The muzzle on it is visibly deformed, so I'm going to see about recrowning her.

yeah, it's kinda weird, it's further left than normal... is your browser window at maximum?  When I open it, it's a HUGE picture....

Now I'm not familiar w/ the rifle and how it shoots, but for irons, surplus ammo and 100 yards that's a really good group. I'd be very interested in how it does w/ better ammo and after the re-crowning that you mentioned.

Alright my window is max,  Im still not seeing a dang thing.  I'm computer illiterate! :P Tried using IE too;  nothing is showing up.

I tried looking in the source code, and I don't see any reference to an IMG???

There's a small picture of an orange ring target. There's blue text (hyperlink) of the file name w/ a paperclip looking image next to it showing it as an attachment.

I'm using Firefox. Is your browsers up to date?

Here is what I see. 



I am using Firefox, and it is up to date. I also tried opening up the page in IE, with the same result.  I have had this problem on a few other posts as well.  I tried looking at the source code, and I can find no reference to any links to attachments.  I am gonna try a few more things and see what happens.

That is some awesome shootin!

Did you ever try seating the bullets a hair deeper in the case when using milsup?
I've heard some bullets may be a bit frozen in the neck over time.
