We have a constitutional right to have militias on every island....
All men with weapons and all men in General should be part of a militia to protect our islands from invaders and tyranny.
How can we do this.?

we are all law abiding, legal gun owners here

Go join the Hawaii National Guard or convince the state to form a State Militia that would be state funded and augment or backfill the National Guard. Some states have state defense forces, http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_defense_force

At least try if your gonna troll. Cool? Highly trained army? lol come on. Btw on a serious note most militias like your talking about would be branded as domestic terrorists or anti government groups nowadays unfortunately.

My feeling is that you are already in the militia. The militia is "Grab your guns guys, the British are coming!". Technically, I think everyone 18-45 or something is in the militia.
