this is 2aHawaii, hawaii's firearm, shooting, and hunting community
we are all law abiding, legal gun owners here

My feeling is that you are already in the militia.   The militia is "Grab your guns guys, the British are coming!".  Technically, I think everyone 18-45 or something is in the militia.
