4 hours is pretty fast as most shops have 2-4 week turnaround.
I think the logo is done by hand same as the stippling.

No stippling is done by hand. He posts videos on instagram of him doing it live sometimes.

Most of the inside roaches, kitchen and bath are a combination of brown banded and german roaches. a combination of baiting and spraying usually works the best. Most importantly READ and UNDERSTAND the label.
Baiting and spraying roaches that DON'T ORIGINATE FROM MY CONDO isn't going stop them from coming. READ and UNDERSTAND my post before you reply.
