The CAA site you referenced mentions a RONI "stock" setup. I think the stabilizer brace setup is legal.

Howzit everyone, I used to live in Kalihi then moved to the mainland and will be moving back in a few months to Kailua. Been shooting for a few years now and have recently gotten into USPSA and some 2-gun competitions and I'm looking forward to doing more of it on the island.
