I went to practice with my gun last week and there was only HPD on the grounds (at their shooting place). I live a long ways from Koko Head, so I wanna know its hrs of ops before I drive all the way there for nothing....again!

Also, is the safety course one must take to purchase good enough for CCW license application or does one have to attend another qualification training? If so, where can one get that training

I went to the HPD site and there appears to be a pile of forms, on one instruction set it claims these forms have to be filled out in person at the HPD place. ....confused as hail

You might be disappointed because of several potential scenarios:
* by then, no one is gonna wanna be a cop. The shortage will effect the gun registry window badly.
* The cops have wives who 'll wanna go shopping also on Black Friday
* The place (HPD) could be closed that day, so that all the employees could go shopping, which is more important than registering guns.  :shaka: 'm just kidding you man, ah?

...this will be the second time I return it to S & W for malfunctions:

At random, and I mean totally at random: the trigger does not fire the round when pulled all the way (and allowed to reset of course) and sometimes the rack stay back opened and does not chamber the following round.

What is an FFL?

I have the safety course done, and I have owned other handguns

How do I go about purchasing a handgun elsewhere cause no one carries it on the island
