I've always been an NRA Life Member and became a CRPA Life Member while living in California and seeing the 2A challenges they had there.
It is scary how the madness spreads though and now we are having our own 2A battles here in Florida of all places. There is a petition to get a ballot initiative going to ban AR type rifles in the state. Ballot initiatives are scary since they bypass the legislature and Governor entirely and just need a percentage of the voting public to check the YES box on voting day.

We are an AR-15 parts business based out of Florida https://www.spicetac.com/ and I have noticed that we do a good bit of business to Hawaii. I have to imagine that the gun laws there are not as strict as I would have thought.
Can anyone enlighten me on the laws regarding AR-15 type rifles etc?
