I bought this off amazon for $35 to hang steel from and used conduit (I think it was 7/8") for the frame and so far it works better than I expected. I didn't want to use schedule 40 pipe because of the weight.

Just left and when I asked about Ige's proclamation the officer said it's still valid but to just try and get it done as soon as possible. I heard people asking if they could walk in and they said maybe late afternoon but not for sure.

I emailed hpd and was told that the digital certificate is not accepted but the paper certificate that you get in the mail is. The paper cert I recieved was signed by the state of hawaii.
