What if you did a quarterly show with your original content plus content submitted by local clubs or individuals?
That is the biggest trend now days. Eg . . .

That would reduce your workload substantially.
It would be tragic to totally lose your show. We need a credible presence on broadcast tv.

The hard part is the sponsorships. Quarterly, maybe but that is a discussion for another day, soon.

You know I have been in this biz for over a decade as an award winning news cameraman at 2 Hawaii stations and sub-contracted by another. Been in the independent TV world now for 17 years and besides TV producing I have done everything from corporate videos, high end commercial for everything from corporate clients  to folks running for Congress. Broadcast standards, our standards for any TV show I produce or are involved with are very high. The other cameraman I used last year had numerous Emmy's as well as in my resume. One of the stories we did on Shooting Sports Hawaii last year is in the awards circuit for 2016. I do not want to have home move video content. The key word is broadcast, this ain't cable and what we do isn't tiny tv.

I see the xring indoor range working.
When does it open?

It is completely finished except for the power line hook up for the AC and ventilation system. It should be in the next few months.

Shooting Sports Hawaii will be giving away a couple of passes to two lucky viewers that will be invited to the private opening / blessing of the states largest and newest indoor range @ X-Ring Security. Stay tuned to February's episode for more details.

Yes Q, we are still looking. The more the better for the programming content. We had a full reporter roster over the many years doing PunishUM.

Aiea, I agree, would be great but she's really camera shy.

As of yet not now. We are still finalizing all the details. Other plans include her coming for just a media blitz to get the word out well before the scheduled classes. Another option includes her making an appearance in the Shooting Sports Hawaii booth at the October Gun Show with the classes to follow. We are weighing all options at this point  and getting input with all the parties involved and working with Gabby directly. Gabby and I spoke on Friday evening to get the details started. We needed to make sure we had back up plans so we could avoid a similar situation. Gabby really wants to make these events happen and so do we.
