When did HPD start entering gun registers into the rap back system?
Immediately when the law was signed June 23 2016?
Or December 4 2016?
I was reading different articles online and some say immediately but the State fact sheet says HPD will start retaining prints Dec 4 2016.
Just trying to get a little clarification

General Discussion / Private sale firearms transer form

Looking for the format for a private sale firearms transfer form (AKA bill of sale) that shows that I sold and am transferring ownership of my firearm to another party. I Googled it and came across a Hawaii Island PD one. Maybe thats the same thing? Just gotta switch out Hawaii with Honolulu? Any help is appreciated.

IC... wasnt sure since the original question was actually referencing the price not the lowers themselves "is that the .308 lower at that PRICE?". You only replied with what your stock situation is.
It also gets confusing since you dont mention the caliber of the lower in your title or the original post and since 80% completed 5.56 lowers from Tactical Machine cost about a third as much of what you are asking and a 80% .308 cost roughly $200 it leads me to believe you are selling .308 lowers.
I guess it would have made more sense to me if the reply was "No thats a 5.56 lower that cost $219.00".
