Would it be possible to post a classified add to sell them to LE only? They could be released to them and they could pay me at the gun shop. I just want to clear this with the site moderator before I post it.
simply physically having them here within the State is a misdemeanor. selling them within the State is also illegal . the FFL should be able to help you get rid of them.
which sig is it for?
FFL said it would take a long time to sell mags so they didn't want to do it. These mags came off a 228 13, 15, and a 20 rounder I think.
Selling them to LE is still illegal if I didn't even take possession of them?
In about two week I'll have 7 LE Sig magazines waiting for me. Should I spend the cash $25 a magazine to get them blocked or just spend the money on some new Mec-Gar magazines? If I buy new ones the Sig magazines would be destroyed at HPD.
I was told any LE officer could pick up the magazines, so I thought about a classified add. Does anyone know if I could post a classified add for any interested LE officer to pick up the magazines and buy them from me?
If this post is breaking any rules I'll delete or alter to conform to forum policies.
I want to sell a handgun to the US and need to get a shipping cost for the buyer. I'm going to use a FFL here to handle the transfer. Does the FFL give me the shipping cost or do I work that out on my own? Any recommendations on FFL's that are easy to work with for this transfer.
I follow OGC on Twitter and all the consignments are sold before I even see them. What's the best way to snipe one of these consignment guns? Can you call in and say I want to buy it or hold it for me right after the tweet?
4/9/13 - Arrived at ~6:50am, ~14 people ahead of me. Picked up my permit, registered a rifle, and left at ~8:45am. At no time did anyone come out calling for permit pickups. 4/9/13 - Arrived back at ~11:00am, line was outside the double door to the ATM machine. Registered my pistol and left at ~12:45pm. Again at no time were permit pickups called.
At 10:35 and 12:45 they called for permit pickup when I was there.
I think online has to be the answer. Finger printing and actual registration of firearms could still be done at HPD. Permits submitted online and printed or mailed to us after 14 days.
Where is the best place to park because Beretania only starts meter parking at 8:30. Do the parking meters on the side street diamondhead of HPD open early? I may just catch the bus and see how that works.
First time out shooting a rifle today. First off the Savage is a good fun rimfire to shoot. I took 6 shots to zero in the Mueller and off I went. I do need some tips on how to get a good cheek weld because I don't always get a good view through the scope. Do I just need practice looking through the scope or is there some fundamentals that I could follow to get a better sight picture?
I Just wanted to know if this was legal. I'm getting a handgun from a private seller in the US. Since I know the make, model, calibur, and serial number can I apply for a permit before it gets here. This way when the handgun arrives at my FFL I only have to wait a week or so to pick up my permit.
I'm going to start shooting on the weekdays. How early do I need to get there to get a bench on the rifle side? Best day to go Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday?
