Stolen from my residence in Honolulu, rifle was just acquired last week and I really feel that I was targeted somehow because all that was taken was the rifle and 2 empty backpacks, nothing else was touched. I really just want to put this out there so nobody buys a stolen rifle. It's not an expensive rifle, certainly not worth a felony record for the thief.

Does anyone know how to get a lost handgun permit replaced? I'm talking about the piece of paper they give you when you register the handgun. I'm also not sure if I even need to have it, but I'm guessing I would need it if I ever wanted to sell the gun.
