What is happening in NYC has really got me thinking.
I mean these law abiding citizens follow the rules, only to have it used against them.
Having said that, I feel really exposed right now. Especially being here, with my name on a list.
Shouldn't we be thinking about this now, instead of trying to do something about it after the fact.

I'd like to hear the specifics of your plan to unseat Mr. Schatz in the 2014 U.S. Senatorial election. I'd also like to hear your specific plans, if you might have any, as to how to get a Libertarian into that seat. I'd rather not have anyone there (nor in any other public office) that wants to control my personal life/choices in one way or another.

In last fall's 2012 U.S. Senate election Republican Lingle outspent Democrat Hirono (Hirono was rated the 6th most liberal member of the U.S. House) slightly. Hirono then received 62.6% of the vote compared to Lingle's 37.4%.

I have no specific plans on how to unseat Schatz. However there is a rift forming between the Dems regarding this race. If the rift becomes strong enough, it can always be of an advantage.
My sentiments are just that. By reading the other topic regarding Schatz, it seems to be a shared one.

Although Hirono won by quite a large margin of votes, the total number of votes actually spoke for the minority of the population.
That is what I meant by awareness. It can be said that the majority of Hawaii's population are stupid (not dumb), ignorant, and lazy. However, it can also be untapped potential.

Many of us on this forum understand what is at stake, and that is due to our passion for firearms.
What about someone who is not into firearms, how is the message conveyed to them.
Maybe it should not be so much about the 2a specifically, but more about the attack on the constitution as a whole.
It was pointed out, and well put in another topic regarding Stanley Chang, about not being able to pick and choose which amendments we would like.

It scares me to see what is happening in NYC and Cali.

The U.S. Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arm Treaty.

The measure passed by just 4 votes, 53-46.

That was too close if you ask me.

Care to guess how Hawaii's delegation voted?

Time to get Hirono and Schatz out.

If we can hold these clowns accountable, the other monkeys here and in D.C. would think twice.
