I was reminded to be sure to fill in or top off your gas tank, gas price have started to go up.  Lucky for me that the price at the Waipio Costco was unchanged on Tuesday.

Starting today I plan to make plain tofu chicken stir-fry with carrots.  Eat with white rice.

Tomorrow one meal.  Maybe plain tuna sandwich with no lettuce.  Clear chicken broth and maybe yogurt if I get hungry after 1 pm.

Colonoscopy Saturday. :(

Vaseline is your friend.  After you start drinking, put a layer on your b hole and after each sitting session.  Get the drink a cold as possible, almost freezing, makes it easier to drink.

Yes, I always tap it with my foot first, then use my sanitizer.  Around UH Hamilton Library are a couple of quarters glued to the sidewalk.

Please do your own research and I am not giving medical advice.

I have seen programs and internet searches that if you eat your protein and vegetables first (20 min), it sets your digestion to not convert your carbs (rice) directly to sugar, but a type that is better for you and absorb later i your digestion and better for your A1C.  So I try to eat some fruits or my salad first, wait, then eat my meal.

Also if you freeze (then reheating) your rice (or bread) for 24 hours, it change it to a better carbs, without sugar pikes.  So my deserts and snack are now found in the freezer, but like they all say, moderation.

Rocky had a combined training, "$200 + $50 Range fee" but class currently not scheduled.
https://2ahawaii.com/index.php?topic=54752.0

Class available at other Gun Stores.

90 days prior to your LTC expiring, you can re-apply (considered a new application, $150 cash), not sure how many firearms can be included on each application.
The Officer mentioned if you if you renew, (think he said 30 days?), there is a related reduced cost.  Sorry don't remember the days and cost $.

Also note that if you are using the Big Island ranges at 16 mile marker or Manuka, you will need to have a valid Hunting License, since it is public hunting areas.

The 5 second outage messed up my routers, I was getting "password error" message.  I had to reset (used a bent paper clip to push the button in the hole on the back of my routers) and then re-setup my routers.  My admin password was not work.  Also did the firmware updates.

I use these guys when it gets bad. The xylitol ones work pretty decent for killing off infections before they get too deep.

I also use this when I feel a cold or sore throat coming on, and gargle with salt water.  I believe it help me not get COVID when my wife got it from her sister last December.

Awesome class and instructor.
Goes thru the required but boring stuff and adds example and personal experiences to make things more understandable, relatable and easier to remember.  Lots of on hands on and interaction to emphasize the materials covered.
Highly  recommend.
