25 yrd sight in at kokohead? (Read 2005 times)

25 yrd sight in at kokohead?

Daniel @ KGS told me that the last couple rifle benches have holes for rifle frames to be mounted at 25yards. Can anyone confirm this? I have personally never shot on those last benches so it would suck to wait for one of those benches to only not have anything to mount the  frame in. The whole reason i asking is that I want to "battle zero" my AK iron sights and was told that the proper way to do it on the AK leaf is an initial insertion point @ 25yards to zero POI at 100 yards.

Can you even set a target at 25yrds on the rifle side?

Yeah there are a couple of 25 yard holes all the way to the right end.  Come early in the morning to get them or find a way during the day

The last 5 or so benches on the right have them. I believe all of the benches that were redone by the BPS guys have them, but finding one that isn't full of debris is another story. I finally got the chance to properly zero my retro A1 build AR-15 there two weeks ago. One of the RO's thought you couldn't shoot centerfire that close, but after he checked it was fine.
