I don't see her out there cleaning up the neighborhood... Like the guy says, if she took the time to talk with me she would probably change her mind.  ::) Yeeesshhh...

Clearly they don't have a homeowners association in that place!

As the police says he is not breaking any laws so it is his right to pick up trash. Lady you should grab a trash bag and help. :wtf:

Why do I have this suspicion most of the trash is in front of her house, and she's embarrassed a white neighbor is picking it up instead of her taking care of it?

Maybe I have a vivid imagination!   :crazy:

This lady is an idiot. Police aren't there to save you. You have no legal recourse to sue the police if they fail to arrive at your home in time to stop a criminal from harming you.
