Supreme Court brief filed in the McDonald v Chicago case

I posted this yesterday in another thread but I think it needs its own. I can't help but be excited at the possibilities stemming from the case every time there is an update. As always, you can check out the Chicago Gun Case webiste at http://www.chicagoguncase.com

Yesterday, Nov. 16, 2009, the petitioners filed their brief in the Supreme Court.

It has some pretty interesting arguments inside if you are interested in reading it.
