Health Care Reform Passes 220 to 215...
« on: November 09, 2009, 06:58:06 AM »
This is to be voted on in the Senate next.  If this passes we will be just a few steps away from paying for healthcare that others aren't willing to work for.  I just don't understand what a blindfold Dems have over people.  Brian Schatz has his head so far up Obama's exit that he's tickling his tonsils!!!!!!!  "We're going to have millions more Americans covered with health insurance and we're going to reduce the deficit. So this is a big day for the reform movement," said Schatz.  How else can you even make a statement like this???   >:(  And he says reduce the deficit?  You mean the one Obama managed to rack up with his "stimulus" plan and his bailouts???  I can't bare to watch...

Healthcare "reform" is scary stuff. Once we have it, I don't see us ever getting rid of it.

Any guess on which way the Dans will vote?  :-\

It's a terrible shame to see this happening to America.  We have the number one healthcare system in the world for a reason.  Capitalism creates competition and innovation.  A government option without the restrictions of the private industry will spell an end to all of that.
