They should be open based on the Holiday list.  Looks like none of the 2015 holidays have been updated on the parks calendar for KHSC, though. 

I'd say yes ... open for holiday hours.

The HOURS list on the website says only Rifle, Pistol, and Archery are open, but the good news is they are open 8-4 (not the normal weekday hours).

Archery is actually open dawn to dusk.
