Daisy Legacy 2203

Long story short....I bringing my old 22 back from my moms place after close to 20 years of sitting in a safe. Unfortunately its missing the trigger group...not sure why. Contacted daisy, they no longer make the rifle or parts. Did some searching online with poor results. Any ideas? Looking for something to retrofit it or even a replacement of someones got one. I know these are real POS rifles, but its more for nastalgia than anything else. If i can get it working again i plan to give it to my daughter.

Ive found older parts on ebay. Otherwise may try some airgun forums or campfire

Thanks for the tip. I will keep scouring the interwebs.

Sidenote... it was pretty funny when i registerd this the other day at HPD. They inspected the rifle, gave it back. Then about 15 min later they were asking me if i was sure it wasnt a bb gun. Then they wanted to re-inspect it just to be sure. Lol. (Not sure why they werent positive after the first look but it made for an amusing time, understandably so since these were only made for a few years.)
