Page 449, what / where did the 2015 appropriation of $150,000 to KHSC go ?
$5,000 design, $5,000 equipment and $140,000 construction

The problem is its a govement contract $140k doesn't go far when its 90% profit to the company and only 10% in actual work.

Koko Head District Park covers the range and the baseball fields (by the start of the Koko Head trail).  I assume it's for the baseball fields or maybe repairs to the range.  $140,000 isn't much.

Nice work on the presentation btw.  Is the metallic range going to be in between the two long range rifle bays?

That was just an idea if we need to increase capacity of the rifle range when metallic guys aren't shooting.  The metallic range currently goes out to 200 yards.

    What we need is some volunteers that are carpenters, painters, electricians, welders, pressure washers and some landscapers that would volunteer their time and equipment.
I bet we could get that coordinated in a month and start work  !

it's still painful to see those threads...

Part of the plan is to get a non-profit organization and volunteers like Hanauma Bay.  Volunteers would get rewarded such as range passes, special events, and whatever else.  Range maintenance, additional RSO's, target frame makers, visitor center, etc.  Rocky just volunteered himself for the restroom cleanup crew.  Get those toilets sparkling clean.
