There are step-by-step checklists online for this.

Are you doing a clean install?  I'd go that route unless you really need to do an upgrade for some reason.

Not working yet, just order the final parts from Amazon.
Mainly the CPU and RAM.


hopefully with the (2666Mhz C11) Ram,  it can be stable at 4.5 ghz

Load everything with default settings, then follow the instructions to reboot and enter the UEFI settings.  I haven't had the chance to try this yet, but there are people who've had issues and posted their solutions.  It should go relatively smoothly.
