First time ever at the range with homemade shoot-n-see target
« on: September 03, 2012, 09:27:16 AM »
I had lots of fun with my Ruger MK III for the first time with a homemade target.  I shot 100 rounds to each rectangle and 50 or so rounds to the middle of the target.   I hit the rectangle with 33 or so shots.  I have no idea it thats good for my fist time.  I was just excited to hit something.

Shoot-n-see was made with cardboard painted with leftover paint I had around the house.  I cut some sheet protectors and taped them over the cardboard.  Got a can of flat black  spray paint from Walmart  for $1.00 and sprayed the plastic.  Very easy.

Aloha,
Chuck

Nice, if you don't mind me asking which Mark III do you have.  I made the mistake of going to rimfirecentral so now I'm kinda fascinated by these little pistols:-)
