British Prime Minister Theresa May Calls for Snap Election

It's interesting to watch how other governments work and compare it to our own. This is how the UK overcomes deadlocks and filibusters (if they had one). They hold an election and if they win, they get to do whatever they want. To reverse it, the opposition party has to win the majority then hold another election when they try to reverse the previous party's actions. If we had this system, we'd have a general election every other week.

I do like the French method of electing their President. There are 11 candidates and if no one wins more than 15% of the majority, then the top two contenders go head to head two weeks later.

These are interesting times we live in.
