Na, just that I don't think I'll be around if/when the oceans rise to any level that will threaten the house haha.

You'll probably need to have a few contractors come out and give you a rough estimate.  A lot of the cost will depend on how much site work needs to be done as well as your choice of materials for the ground floor (e.g. CMU / stick-frame).
